When will I receive my order?

  • Domestic Shipping (within Australia): 2 - 8 business days
  • International Shipping: 2 - 3 weeks (estimated dates depend on your country)

 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do! We deliver to 220+ countries and territories with a choice of delivery speeds
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or other military addresses
  • We are constantly working on expanding our shipping destinations. Please feel free to email us if you have more questions or inquiries

What about international duties and customs fees?

  • Buyers are accountable for any customs and duty fees incurred by the order upon its arrival at the destination
  • HoneyCo have no control over these charges and we are unable to advise what duties may apply as the fees are determined by the destination country :( 
  • If you would like to query any duties charged, please contact the customs service in your country

When can I receive my package?

  • We aim to fulfil all orders within 2-4 business days, this does not include weekends and public holidays in Australia.
  • As I hope everyone can open the HoneyCo package like opening a gift, each order will be packed with care and love. Please understand that there may be slight delays depending on the volume of orders received, we appreciate your understanding.
  • Shipping times provided are to be used as a guide. HoneyCo cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays

Can I update my shipping address?

Due to security reasons, delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed and a sale has been verified via credit card services.
