At Honeyco, we're dedicated to ensuring both quality and hygiene in every product we offer. That's why we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. This policy reflects our commitment to upholding high standards while also valuing the hard work of our nail artists.
Before making your purchase, we encourage you to review your order carefully to ensure it aligns with your needs. Thank you for understanding our commitment to delivering the finest quality products while prioritising the health and safety of our customers.
Damages and Issues
Hey! Just wanted to give you a heads-up: because our press-ons are handmade and adorned with 3D charms, there's a chance a piece or two might come loose during shipping. If your package arrives damaged or you end up with the wrong items, don't stress! Just shoot us an email at honeycoenquiry@outlook.com and we'll sort it out for you.
PLEASE NOTE: We only allow returns and exchanges for unworn and unused items. Items received past 14 days and not in original condition will not be accepted!
To be eligible for a return, you must be subject to the following conditions:
- You must provide the original order Number as proof of purchase
- The items must be in original condition and packaging, they must be unworn!
- Sale items are non-refundable (except for the opening sale). A store credit can be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
- If you wish to exchange for another design, you will be required to pay for your own shipping cost and any other fees incurred. Exchanges are only available for Australian customers.

Kindly wait for a reply from our staff and formal approval before sending the package back, as we want to ensure a smooth process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
